At WRYFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 4 working days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The packaging must not be torn, damaged, or tampered with
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Important: Once the packaging is opened or torn, the item becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items with opened or damaged packaging
  • Products that have been used or worn
  • Items without original tags or in non-resalable condition
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Wait for return authorization
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours

Step 3: Pack your item securely
Ensure the item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and accessories

Step 4: Ship the item back
Return shipping is covered by WRYFT. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and arrange pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. Return Shipping

WRYFT covers return shipping costs for eligible returns. You will not be charged for returning items that meet our return criteria.

Please note:

  • Do not ship items back without prior authorization
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria
  • Inspection typically takes 1-2 working days
  • You will be notified via email once the inspection is complete
  • If approved, your refund will be processed 

6. Refunds

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 2-5 working days after approval
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • The full product price will be refunded (since we cover return shipping)

Rejected Returns:
If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., opened packaging, damaged item), we reserve the right to reject the return. In such cases:

  • You will be notified via email with the reason for rejection
  • The item may be returned to you at your expense
  • No refund will be issued

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product:

  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • This ensures faster processing and availability

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Include your order number and item details
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by WRYFT

Important: Please report damaged or defective items within 4 working days of delivery.

9. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • We will arrange to collect the incorrect item and send the correct one
  • All shipping costs will be covered by WRYFT

10. Cancellations

Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at wryft8@gmail.com / contact no:+92 322 5984830. A full refund will be issued.

After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item following our standard return process once you receive it.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take additional time)
