We ship to:

  • All major cities across Pakistan
  • Serviceable urban and suburban areas throughout Pakistan

Non-Serviceable Areas:

  • Rural and remote areas of Pakistan
  • Areas not covered by our courier partners
  • Regions with restricted access or security concerns

2. Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING on all orders!

We offer complimentary shipping to all serviceable areas across Pakistan. There are no minimum order requirements or hidden charges.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes:

  • Order verification and payment confirmation
  • Quality check and packaging
  • Handover to courier service

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

4. Delivery Time

Standard delivery: Within 4 working days after dispatch from our Lahore warehouse.

Total timeline: 1-2 days processing + 4 days delivery = 5-6 working days from order placement

Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays and weekends
  • Emergency situations or critical conditions in the city or country

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt   re-delivery
  • You may be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery time
  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
  • Return shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:

  • Include full name, phone number, and complete address
  • Provide landmarks or detailed directions if needed

Important: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time. We may expand our shipping coverage in the future - stay tuned!
